HVFC was dispatched at 12:30 pm 1/21/17 for a dwelling fire on Stahl Drive between Ely and Boyd Roads. Caller reporter smoke in the residence. LMPD confirmed light smoke condition in the house and crews from Squad 11 and Engine 8 determined that an overheating motor in the heater was the cause. Responding on the call were Engine 8, Tower 8, Squad 11, Rescue 9, 355 EMS, and Station 8 Fire Police.
