HVFC was dispatched at 6:36 am Tuesday morning for a dwelling fire on Sunflower Way at Primrose Lane. Caller reported a strong electrical smoke odor. Chief 8 confirmed the report and crews determined the cause to be a defective HVAC motor. Responding on the call were Engine 8-1, Tower 8, Bryn Athyn Fire Company Engine 11, Ambulance 355, and Station 8 Fire Police.
