Station 8 was dispatched for a car fire at 1:09 pm on Meadowlark Drive near Oriole Lane. Upon arrival Engine 8-1 confirmed the report and deployed two attack lines. Captain 8 requested additional apparatus to the scene. Also responding were Squad 11 which deployed foam and Utility 8. Station 8 Fire Police handled traffic control. No injuries to the occupant of the car.
